Hello, I’m Pastor Taylor Hiatt, and I’m excited to share a little bit about myself with you. I’ve been a member of this wonderful church since I was four years old, and it’s been an honor to serve as the pastor here for several years now.

My journey in ministry started when I was in youth group helping with the toddler classroom and with children’s worship. I have always been flexible to what God needs me to do, and that’s why I know how to play bass, drums, electric and acoustic guitar, ukulele, sing, and play piano. God led me to study at BIOLA University’s Talbot School of Theology and I’m currently taking courses with Calvary Chapel University to continue my education and deepen my understanding of God’s Word.

I’ve been happily married to my high school sweetheart, Lydia, and together we have two beautiful children, Jack and Clark. When I’m not spending time with my family, I love woodworking, playing music, and exploring different ways to grow in my relationship with God.

One of my favorite Bible verses is 1 Timothy 6:11-16, which reminds us to pursue godliness, faith, love, endurance, and gentleness. I strive to live a life that honors God in everything I do, both in my personal life and in my ministry.

In my free time, I’m a big fan of the Dallas Stars hockey team, and I enjoy attending their games whenever I can. It’s been an incredible privilege to serve as the pastor of this church, and I’m excited to continue walking with this community as we grow in our faith together.
