Jail and Prison Ministry is a outreach ministry with Calvary Chapel Garland.. The purpose of this ministry is to reach inside the walls of prison, sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ that is grounded solely in the Bible (2 Tim 3:16-17). The Bible speaks of the truth setting the captives free from the bondage of sin that has entangled their lives, giving them real hope, and new life that is found in Jesus Christ. In the Gospel of John chapter 10 verse 10 Jesus says, “The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.” The battle is real, but so is one’s victory in Jesus Christ.
